GPR63 Antibody (PA5-100945) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of GPR63 in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and GPR63 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100945) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

Target Information
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) contain 7 transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins. GPR63 is a member of this family (subfamily: lysophospholipid/lysosphingolipid) and its expression has been reported in several brain regions, including caudate, frontal cortex, hypothalamus, midbrain, and thalamus, as well as in small intestine, stomach, and thymus.
