RAD51B Antibody (PA5-101336) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded RAD51B in human brain tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with RAD51B polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101336) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Target Information
Five human RAD 51 homologues have been identified: XRCC2, XRCC3, RAD51B, RAD51C, and RAD51D. Each of these homologues interacts with one or more of the others, with all of the proteins involved in one complex or multiple smaller complexes. Rad51B plays a role in meiotic recombination and/or recombinational repair.
