ILF1 Antibody (PA5-115419) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of ILF1 in human pancreatic cancer and adjacent normal tissues. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115419) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene contains a fork head DNA binding domain. This protein can bind to the purine-rich motifs of the HIV long terminal repeat (LTR), and to the similar purine-rich motif in the interleukin 2 (IL2) promoter. It may be involved in the regulation of viral and cellular promoter elements.
