LHX6 Antibody (PA5-115509) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of LHX6 in mouse colorectal tissue. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115509) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

Target Information
LHX6 (LIM/homeobox protein Lhx6) is a probably transcription factor required for the expression of a subset of genes involved in interneurons migration and development. It functions in the specification of cortical interneuron subtypes and in the migration of GABAergic interneuron prescursors from the subpallium to the cerebral cortex.
