Western Blot analysis of 14-3-3 sigma in Mouse Skin lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) using 14-3-3 sigma Polyclonal Antibody, Biotin (Product # PA5-142200) at 0.1 µg/mL incubated for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence, using streptavidin-HRP and using NAP blocker as a substitute for skimmed milk.

Target Information
This gene encodes a cell cycle checkpoint protein. The encoded protein binds to translation and initiation factors and functions as a regulator of mitotic translation. In response to DNA damage this protein plays a role in preventing DNA errors during mitosis.
