Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human HEK293 whole cell, human Raji whole cell, rat brain tissue, rat kidney tissue, mouse brain tissue, mouse kidney tissue, mouse ANA-1 whole cell. IHC: human lung cancer tissue, mouse intestine tissue, rat intestine tissue. ICC/IF: U20S cell. Flow: U87 cell, HEPA1-6 cell, C6 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
Clathrin is the major protein of the polyhedral coat of coated pits and vesicles. Two different adapter protein complexes link the clathrin lattice either to the plasma membrane or to the trans-Golgi network.
