DNAJC10 Antibody (PA5-143983) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of DNAJC10 in A431 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in DNAJC10 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143983) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human HELA whole cell, human HEPG2 whole cell, human U87 whole cell, rat stomach tissue, rat RH35 whole cell, mouse stomach tissue, mouse HEPA1-6 whole cell. IHC: human breast cancer tissue, human placenta tissue, human prostate cancer tissue, human gastric cancer tissue. ICC/IF: A431 cell. Flow: HELA cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
This endoplasmic reticulum co-chaperone may play a role in protein folding and translocation across the endoplasmic reticulum membrane. DNAJC10 may act as a co-chaperone for HSPA5.
