TXNDC5 Antibody (PA5-18297) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of TXNDC5 using TXNDC5 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-18297) in paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing endoplasmic reticulum staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).

Target Information
This gene encodes a protein-disulfide isomerase. Its expression is induced by hypoxia and its role may be to protect hypoxic cells from apoptosis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
