Granulins Antibody (PA5-27275) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of Granulins was performed in DIV9 rat E18 primary cortical neuron cells fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: Granulins Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-27275) diluted at 1:500. Red: beta Tubulin 3/ Tuj1, stained by beta Tubulin 3/ Tuj1 antibody. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.

PCDGF is a glycoprotein and growth factor involved in the regulation of mitosis, early embryonic development, cell division, cell migration, cell survival, and hypothalamic differentiation. PCDGF is also known as progranulin because it is the precursor for smaller proteins known as epithelins or granulins.
