ESD Antibody (PA5-30020) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry (Confocal immunofluorescence) of ESD in methanol-fixed A431. Samples were incubated with ESD polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-30020) using a dilution of 1:500 (green). Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with alpha Tubulin monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-25054) (Red) at 1:500.

Target Information
This gene encodes a serine hydrolase that belongs to the esterase D family. The encoded enzyme is active toward numerous substrates including O-acetylated sialic acids, and it may be involved in the recycling of sialic acids. This gene is used as a genetic marker for retinoblastoma and Wilson's disease.
