TRIM23 Antibody (PA5-34624) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of TRIM23 using TRIM23 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-34624). Samples used were HCT116 cells mock (left) and cells treated with 30 µM Cisplatin for 24 hrs (right) fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: TRIM23 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-34624) diluted at 1:200. Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Target Information
Acts as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase. In the presence of the human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) protein UL144, participates in 'Lys-63'-linked auto-ubiquitination of TRAF6 resulting in the virally controlled activation of NF-kappa-B at early time of infection. The C-terminus can act as an allosteric activator of the cholera toxin catalytic subunit.
