KREMEN1 Antibody (PA5-47176) in WB
Western blot analysis of KREMEN1 in mouse liver tissue. Samples were incubated in KREMEN1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47176) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Kremen‚1 at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

In direct ELISAs, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Kremen-2 and recombinant mouse Kremen-2 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
KREMEN1 is a high-affinity dickkopf homolog 1 (DKK1) transmembrane receptor that functionally cooperates with DKK1 to block wingless (WNT)/beta-catenin signaling. This protein is a component of a membrane complex that modulates canonical WNT signaling through lipoprotein receptor-related protein 6 (LRP6). It contains extracellular kringle, WSC, and CUB domains.
