Western blot analysis of FcRL5 in Jurkat cells. Samples were incubated with FcRL5 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-89449) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

Target Information
Fc receptor homologs (FcRH5), also known as IRTA2 proteins, are transmembrane proteins with sequence homology to classical Fc receptor families. FcRH5 function as activating or inhibitory receptors on discrete B cell populations and are involved in B-cell development and differentiation in peripheral lymphoid organs. FcRH5 expression is deregulated in multiple myeloma and Burkitt lymphoma cell lines with 1q21 abnormalities. FcRH5 may play a critical role for the pathogenesis of B-cell lymphoma.
