          SFRP1 Antibody (PA5-95634) in ICC/IF

          Immunocytochemistry analysis of SFRP1 using anti-SFRP1 antibody (Product # PA5-95634) . SFRP1 was detected in a section of U2OS cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 2μg/mL rabbit anti-SFRP1 antibody (Product # PA5-95634) overnight at 4°C. DyLight®488 Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody at 1:100 dilution and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The section was counterstained with DAPI. V...           Product Specific Information

          Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.

          Positive Control - WB: human A549 whole cell, human U2OS whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell, rat heart tissue, mouse heart tissue, mouse HEPA1-6 whole cell. IHC: human colon cancer tissue, human lung cancer tissue, mouse intestine tissue, mouse kidney tissue, rat kidney tissue, rat intestine tissue. ICC/IF: U20S cell. Flow: A549 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

          Target Information

          Secreted frizzled-related protein 1 (SFRP1) is a member of the SFRP family that contains a cysteine-rich domain homologous to the putative Wnt-binding site of Frizzled proteins. SFRPs act as soluble modulators of Wnt signaling. SFRP1 and SFRP5 may be involved in determining the polarity of photoreceptor cells in the retina. SFRP1 is expressed in several human tissues, with the highest levels in heart.
