This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-84170. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Target Information
SNX32 (sorting nexin-32), also known as SNX6B (sorting nexin-6B), is a 403 amino acid protein that contains one PX (phox homology) domain and belongs to the sorting nexin family. Existing as two alternatively spliced isoforms, SNX32 may be involved in several stages of intracellular trafficking.
