Product Specific Information
The RP-10918 protein is a recombinant protein suitable for use as a control in ELISA and Western blot applications.
RP-10918 is reported to have the additional biological activity: ED 50 as determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of KGF-responsive BaF3 indicator cells <10 ng/mL.
Upon reconstitution, store at 4°C for 2-7 days or aliquot and store at -20°C. For long term storage add either HSA or BSA to 0.1%.
Reconstitute with distilled water not less than 100 µg/mL.
Target Information
Plays an important role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation and cell differentiation. Required for normal branching morphogenesis. Growth factor active on keratinocytes. Possible major paracrine effector of normal epithelial cell proliferation.
