This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-84561. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Target Information
ORAOV1 is a protein coding gene. The complex LTO1:YAE1 functions as a target specific adapter that probably recruits apo-ABCE1 to the cytosolic iron-sulfur protein assembly (CIA) complex machinery. May be required for biogenesis of the large ribosomal subunit and initiation of translation. May play a role in the regulation of proline metabolism and ROS production.
