This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-61665. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Target Information
WD repeat domain 55 (WDR55) also named as, FLJ20195, is a 383 amino acid protein, which contains seven WD repeats and belongs to the WD repeat WDR55 family. WDR55 localizes in the nucleus and cytoplasm. WDR55 acts as a modulator of rRNA synthesis and play a central role in organogenesis.
