At Thermo Fisher Scientific, he helps develop solutions for the research and healthcare markets, leveraging varied technologies. Before Thermo Fisher Scientific, he was at Nanostring Technologies running the Field Applications Specialist team. He recently developed protocols for verifying the sequences of mRNA vaccines.  He was also an Acting Assistant Professor at University of Washington, Department of Genome Sciences.

Collectively, he has more than 14 years of commercial and technical support experiences in life sciences industry – namely Thermo Fisher Scientific and Genmall Biotenchnology Co., Ltd. He has extensive experiences working with and supporting customers in bioproduction. Tom obtained his Master Degree on Medical Laboratory Science and Biotechnology from National Cheng Kung University (Taiwan), and Bachelor of science from China Medical University (Taiwan)
