Live cell imaging with CellLight™ reagents.

U-2 OS cells were transduced with and CellLight™ MAP4-GFP (Cat. No. C10598) and Cellular Lights™ Actin-RFP (Cat. No. C10127). The next day, cells were treated with cytochalasin D and nuclei stained with Hoechst 33342 (Cat. No. H24192) and live-cell imaging was performed using a 40X objective on a DeltaVision® Core microscope with standard DAPI/FITC/TRITC filter sets. Note the disruption of actin filaments (red) whereas despite the change in cell shape microtubules are still clearly visible (green).
