1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 µg CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human FOXN1 (CL488-66337, Clone: 1D8B12) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) at dilution 1:1,000 (red), or 0.4 µg CoraLite® Plus 488 Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (MOPC-21) (CL488-65124, Clone: MOPC-21) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set.

Target Information
FOXN1 is a 648 amino acid protein belonging to the winged helix/forkhead family It contains 1 fork-head DNA-binding domain and is a transcriptional regulator involved in development. FOXN1 is involved in directing lineage choices of multi-potential progenitor epithelial cells and controls important regulating genes of lympho-epithelial interactions. It modulates keratinocyte differentiation in hair follicles and nail apparatus and its defects lead to T-cell immunodeficiency congenital alopecia, nail dystrophy, macroscopic nudity and an inborn dysgenesis of the thymus.
