PA1-18323 detects HAP-1 from rat samples.
PA1-18323 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry procedures.
The PA1-18323 immunogen is recombinant rat HAP-1.
After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20°C for a higher stability, and at 4°C with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid repetitive freeze/thaw cycles.
Reconstitute with 100 ul of distilled water.
HAP-1 associates specifically with huntingtin. This binding is enhanced by an expanded polyglutamine repeat.
