IL-26 Antibody (MA5-23678) in Flow
Flow cytometry of IL-26 in Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) either (A) untreated or (B) treated with PMA and Calcium Ionomycin. Samples were incubated in IL-26 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23678) followed by Mouse Anti-Human CD3ε APC‚conjugated Monoclonal Antibody. Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer.
