IL-26 Antibody (MA5-24221) in Flow
Flow cytometry of IL-26 in Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were unstimulated (light orange filled histogram) or treated with PMA and Calcium ionomycin. Samples were incubated in IL-26 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24221) or isotype control followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab)2 Secondary Antibody. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.

Target Information
IL26 is a member of the IL10 family of cytokines. It is a secreted protein and may function as a homodimer. This protein is thought to contribute to the transformed phenotype of T cells after infection by herpesvirus samimiri.
