TXNDC5 Antibody (MA5-45306) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis using human cervical cancer cells. Fixation involved 4% Formaldehyde for 15 min at RT. Samples were incubated with EndoPDI monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-45306) at 1:100 for 60 min at RT, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse ATTO 488 at 1:100 for 60 min at RT. Counterstain used was DAPI (blue) nuclear stain at 1:5,000 for 5 min RT. Localization: Nucleus, Endoplasmic Reticulum, Endoplasmic Reticulum Lumen. Magnification: 60X.

Target Information
This gene encodes a protein-disulfide isomerase. Its expression is induced by hypoxia and its role may be to protect hypoxic cells from apoptosis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
