SOX3 Antibody (PA5-35983) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of SOX3 was performed in U-87 MG cells fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: SOX3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-35983) diluted at 1:500. Red: beta Tubulin 3/ TUJ1 protein stained by beta Tubulin 3/ TUJ1 antibody.

Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the SOX family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. The encoded protein may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins. Mutations in this gene have been associated with X-linked mental retardation with growth hormone deficiency.
