VAV2 Antibody (PA5-85696) in WB
Western Blot using VAV2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85696). Mouse tissue extract (50 µg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with VAV2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85696) diluted at 1:3,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Target Information
VAV2 is the second member of the VAV guanine nucleotide exchange factor family of oncogenes. Unlike VAV1, which is expressed exclusively in hematopoietic cells, VAV2 transcripts were found in most tissues. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
