The Thermo Scientific Quattro ESEM can help you analyze the widest range of samples of any Thermo Scientific SEM and includes three vacuum modes that support outgassing and non-vacuum compatible samples. It delivers high-resolution results thanks to a field emission gun (FEG) that’s unique to environmental SEMs.

 

This technology was built to handle whatever you throw its way. The Quattro ESEM features a flexible chamber that allows for multiple detectors, heating and cooling stages for in situ experiments, and optional elemental analysis with Thermo Scientific ChemiSEM Technology. ChemiSEM Technology delivers always-on analysis and comes with a complete and fully integrated suite of tools that provide live, quantitative elemental mapping and fast results.

 

As with all Thermo Scientific SEMs, automation is built into this system. For example, the Quattro ESEM can help you optimize your in situ cooling or heating experiments while tracking all the needed parameters, including temperature, stage position, and pressure. Whether you work in an academic, industrial, or government lab, this user-friendly system delivers the versatility you need to conduct in situ analysis.
