Amanda Lee, Ph.D.

Product Marketing Manager, Thermo Fisher Scientific

As a Product Marketing Manager for Thermo Fisher Scientific, Amanda Lee focuses on the Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Tribrid mass spectrometry line and the Thermo Scientific Direct Mass Technology mode products. Prior to this role, she was a field application specialist in the company’s Center of Excellence. Amanda’s experience includes the study of proteins by bottom-up and top-down proteomics, relative quantitation via tandem mass tags, and characterization of proteins and oligonucleotides with alternate fragmentation on high-resolution mass spectrometers. She also has experience in the absolute quantification of small molecules by MRM methods on low-resolution mass spectrometers.
