Morgan Ludwicki, PhD, is a Bioprocess Development Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific. She holds a PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Cornell University and a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her academic research focused on protein engineering of novel protein degradation technologies and the development of antibody-like library generation for the identification of therapeutic ligands.
Moving to industry, she leveraged her biological expertise and traditional chemical engineering training to early development of new clarification products under 3M. During this time, she also contributed to the implementation and standardization of new bioprocess capabilities in St. Paul, MN R&D lab.
Now, she focuses on later stage product and application development in the chromatographic clarification space, enjoying the opportunity to hone her communication skills within cross-functional internal project teams and with external customers.
