Momentum Software Product Manager for Compliant Environments, Thermo Fisher Scientific

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, Andy is a software product manager for compliant environments. As part of the Lab Automation group, his current focus is to enable scientists to increase their throughput using the Thermo Scientific™ Momentum™ Workflow Scheduling Software which coordinates instrumentation and robotic movers.

Over a 15+ year career he has worked with lasers and magnets working as an NMR, NIR and Raman spectroscopy Applications Scientist and Product Manager at Bruker, Oxford Instruments, Magritek, Metrohm and ACD/Labs.

Originally from the UK, Andy is now based in Toronto, Canada. He holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Manchester, UK, an MSc in Cheminformatics from UMIST, UK, and a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from Loughborough University, UK.
