Use:
G-Res combines sequence-based typing with phasing probe hybridization techniques to deliver high resolution genotyping of HLA-A, -B, -C, and –DRB1 loci. Data from the DNA sequencing and the probe hybridization pathways are merged and analyzed in HLA Fusion™ Research software. Genotype assignments from each pathway are compared to report G-group resolution results.
