Phosphalink® is used for 3’ or 5’ attachment of phosphorous group during oligonucleotide synthesis.

We offer several phosphoramidites that impart the means to add a phosphate during oligonucleotide synthesis.

• Specialty phosphoramidites allow online addition of linkers during synthesis, saving time in production of labeled probes and primers.

Phosphate linker:
Phosphalink® phosphoramidite can incorporate a phosphate group at either the 5' or the 3' end. A 5'-end phosphate permits ligation of an oligonucleotide to other DNA.
