Ion PGM™ Torrent Server

The Ion PGM™ Torrent Server is an integral part of the Personal Genome Machine™ (PGM™) system, converting raw signal into base calls in just a couple of hours. Preconfigured with Torrent Suite Software for base calling and alignment, the Torrent Server also provides configurable web portal access for data review and sharing. The Torrent Suite Software outputs data in FASTQ and BAM formats for easy downstream analysis with optional third party analysis tools. A one year server hardware warranty is included.

With the Torrent Server you get:
