Leishman-Farbstoff

Leishman Stain is used to stain blood smears to identify parasites, leukocytes and trypanosomas. It is used in hematology and tropical medicine to differentiate and identify leukocytes. It acts like fluorescent stains for detection of malaria parasite. It is also used for bone marrow staining.

Anwendungen
Leishman-Farbstoff wird zur Färbung von Blutausstrichen verwendet, um Parasiten, Leukozyten und Trypanosomen zu identifizieren. Es wird in der Hämatologie und der Tropenmedizin zur Differenzierung und Identifizierung von Leukozyten verwendet. Es wirkt wie ein fluoreszierender Farbstoff für den Nachweis von Malaria-Parasiten. Es wird auch für die Färbung von Knochenmark verwendet.

Löslichkeit
In Wasser (4 mg/ml), Methanol (1 mg/ml), Ethanol (4 mg/ml) und Methylcellosolve (20 mg/ml) löslich.

Hinweise
In einem kühlen, trockenen, gut belüfteten Bereich lagern, fernab von unverträglichen Substanzen wie Oxidationsmitteln.
