Geraniol is used in the synthesis of insect repellant. It is also used in the synthesis of Angelicoin A and Herecinone J, which inhibit collagen-induced platelet aggregation.

Anwendungen
Geraniol wird bei der Synthese von Insektenschutzmitteln verwendet. Es wird auch bei der Synthese von Angelicoin A und Herecinone J verwendet, die kollageninduzierte Thrombozytenaggregation hemmen.

Nicht mit Wasser mischbar.
Hinweise
Nicht kompatibel mit starken Oxidationsmitteln, sauren Chloriden, sauren Anhydriden. Vor Hitze schützen. Luftempfindlich.
