This AAK1 recombinant human protein (1–465) was expressed in insect cells. AAK1 serine/threonine kinase is a member of the NAK family and plays a regulatory role in endocytosis. The purified catalytic domain (1-510) of AAK1 can be used in a number of different applications, but has been specifically validated for use with our LanthaScreen™ Kinase binding assay technology to identify novel kinase inhibitors. AAK1 recombinant human protein is also available in our
SelectScreen™ Kinase Profiling Service.
