Anwendungen
4-(dimethylamino)cinnamaldehyd ist ein Reagenz, das für den Assay von Apotryptophanase und Tryptophanase verwendet wird. Es wurde in einer chromogenen Methode zur Quantifizierung von Proanthocyandinen in Cranberry-Pulver verwendet.
