Determine the presence of Buprenorphine and its metabolites with the new, improved Thermo Scientific™ CEDIA™ Buprenorphine II Drugs of Abuse Assay. It is the only assay currently available on the market which detects all three major metabolites: norbuprenorphine, buprenorphine-3-β-glucuronide and norbuprenorphine-3-β-glucuronide. Buprenorphine is widely used as a practical alternative to methadone in the treatment of opioid addiction. This assay has no significant cross-reactivity to other opioids and does not cross-react with morphine, even at 100,000ng/mL.
