Mit Multiskan-Prüfplatten und der spectrophotometrischen Prüfplatte können Sie Parameter wie photometrische Genauigkeit, Präzision und Linearität sowie Wellenlängengenauigkeit und Streulichtstrahlung überprüfen. 
Die Lumiwell luminometrische Prüfplatte ist eine unabhängige Referenz für relative Lichteinheiten für die Luminometrie mit den Thermo Scientific Lumineszenz-Mikrotiterplatten-Lesegeräten.
Wir empfehlen eine regelmäßige Neukalibrierung der Prüfplatten. Die Häufigkeit der Kalibrierung hängt von der Nutzung und den Laborverfahren ab. Die Neukalibrierung sollte jedoch mindestens alle zwei Jahre durchgeführt werden.

Can I calibrate the Multiskan FC Microplate Photometer (Fisherbrand accuSkan FC Filter-Based Microplate Photometer)?

The Multiskan FC Microplate Photometer (same instrument as the Fisherbrand accuSkan FC Filter-Based Microplate Photometer) is factory-calibrated and performs self-diagnostics on start-up to ensure consistent results over time. If you need to verify that the instrument is working properly, one of the options below can be utilized:

- Performance can be user-verified using Multiskan Verification Plate (Cat. No. 24072800, for 8 wavelengths or Cat. No. 24072805, for 16 wavelengths).

- The other option for verification is by purchasing our qualification service as an IQ/OQ/PQ or IPV that is required for laboratories that operate within a quality management system, comply with global standards (e.g., GLP, GCP, GMP, ISO 17025, and ISO 15189), and/or follow country-specific regulations (e.g., US FDA 21 CFR Part 11, CLIA, and CAP). Our qualification service provides documented verification that laboratory instruments are installed and operating according to the manufacturer’s performance specifications.
