TheraPure™ 2'-OMe-G Phosphoramidite, serum vial bottle

2'-OMe-G CEP is a phosphoramidite containing 5' DMT and the nucleoside guanosine (G) with 2'-O-methyl protection, for use in oligonucleotide synthesis. Located in the ideal oligo position, 2'-O-methyl (OMe) oligo modifications display nuclease resistance, fewer off-target effects, and slightly increased hybridization affinities. These phosphoramidites are commonly used for oligos designed for antisense, siRNA, aptamer, or gRNA-based research.
