Die Thermo Scientific™ Nunc™ 96-Deep-Well-Filterplatten ermöglichen eine effiziente Aufreinigung von Plasmid-DNA- oder PCR-Produkten in hoher Qualität. Diese Platten bestehen aus chemikalienbeständigem Polypropylen mit überlegener mechanischer Festigkeit und entsprechen der standardmäßigen 96-Well-Grundfläche, die mit der Probenverarbeitung mit hohem Durchsatz kompatibel ist.
Hauptmerkmale:
  • Speziell für Probenverarbeitung mit hohem Durchsatz entwickelt
  • Die „Shared Wall“-Konfiguration (zwei Wells teilen sich eine Wand) erlaubt eine niedrigere Plattenhöhe und größere Well-Durchmesser für eine schnellere Verarbeitung, höhere Ausbeuten und weniger Verklumpung.
  • Geeignet für Vakuum-, Filtrations-, Zentrifugations- oder Überdruckverfahren
  • Die Fritte der Platte (278010, 278011) besteht aus Polyethylenterephthalat (PET) und hat eine Porengröße von 20 μm.
  • Die Glasfaserplatte (278010) besitzt eine PET-Fritte und eine zweilagige Glasfasermembran für die effiziente Bindung von DNA.
  • Kundenspezifische Barcodierung möglich

What vacuum device can I use with Nunc 96 Deep Well Filter Plates?

Any vacuum manifold (for 96-well microplates) with an inside depth of 4 cm or more should be fine.

Are the Nunc 96 Deep Well Filter Plates chemically resistant?

Yes. The polypropylene plate material naturally resists chemicals and organic solvents, as does the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) frit and glass fiber filter. For very strong chemicals, prolonged exposure times, and/or higher temperatures, we recommend that you test the plates with the chemical or solution in question.

Do I have to exactly follow the recommended protocol with Nunc 96 Deep Well Filter Plates?

The protocol is designed to be flexible, depending on customer needs and instrumentation. For example, certain steps can be performed with vacuum filtration, centrifugation, or positive pressure, with similar results. We do recommend that customers use our formulas for buffers and solutions, since they were optimized to produce superior results.
