Amplifikation in nur 25 Minuten
Erledigen Sie Ihre Arbeit schnell mit dem Applied Biosystems™ Fast System, bestehend aus vorgemischten Fast PCR Master Mixen, speziell entwickelten 0,1 ml-Mikrotiterplatten und Röhrchen sowie dem Veriti™ 96-Well Fast Thermocycler. Sie können Fragmente unter 500 bp Länge aus genomischen Hintergründen in etwa 25 Minuten und in einigen Fällen sogar in 10 Minuten amplifizieren. Größere Fragmente lassen sich ebenfalls schneller amplifizieren—bis zu 2 kb in nur 40–50 Minuten. Für die Sequenzierung senkt der AmpliTaq Gold™ Fast PCR Master Mix, UP Durchlaufzeiten auf ca. 50 Minuten und liefert Amplikons, die für Sequenzierungsergebnisse höchster Qualität optimal sind.

Our microplates are certified to be DNA, RNase and PCR inhibitor free as long as they are kept in the original packaging bag. They are not meant to be autoclaved.

Can I place an Optical Fast 96-Well plate onto a standard Applied Biosystems 7500 or 7300 Real-Time PCR System?

No. The fast plate will not fit correctly into the standard block and assay performance will be significantly compromised.

Yes, the MicroAmp Fast Optical 96-Well Reaction Plates, 0.1 mL (Cat. No. 4346907) can be used for qPCR. You can confirm this on the product page, next to "related applications".
However, please note that these plates may not be compatible with all qPCR instruments. You can find compatibility information in the Thermo Scientific PCR Plate Selection Guide, and you can find which plates are compatible with your instrument on the PCR and qPCR Plastics Selection Tool. The main difference between MicroAmp Fast Optical 96-Well Reaction Plate, 0.1 mL and the MicroAmp Fast Optical 96-Well Reaction Plates with Barcode, 0.1 mL (Cat. No. 4346906) is that the latter plates have a barcode. Additionally, a box of Cat. No. 4346906 contains 20 plates, whereas a box of Cat. No. 4346907 contains 10 plates.

Yes. MicroAmp Fast Optical 96-Well Reaction Plate with Barcode, 0.1 mL (Cat. No. 4346906, 4366932) can be used with either Fast or Standard run modes. However, the “Fast” plates can only be run on the 96-well Fast block, which is for smaller volumes rather than a standard block (0.2 mL). The Fast or Standard mode for the run is determined by the polymerase in the master mix used in the experiment. Please refer to the user guide for the specific master mix to determine which mode to use.
