For use with VetMAX™ Reagents and VetMAX™ Controls. The VetMAX™-Plus qPCR Master Mix is designed for multiplex amplification of animal pathogen DNA targets using a rapid qPCR strategy. The kit includes Xeno™ DNA Control, which serves as an internal positive control for DNA purification and qPCR. DNA is amplified using AmpliTaq Gold® DNA Polymerase on a real-time PCR system.
