Beschreibung
trans-Anethole is used to inhibits lung and forestomach carcinogenesis, used as carbon and energy supplement in the culture media of Pseudomonas putida strain. It is also used as used as a flavoring substance.

Anwendungen
Trans-Anethol wird zur Hemmung der Lungen- und Vormagen-Karzinogenese verwendet, die als Kohlenstoff- und Energieergänzung in den Kulturmedien des Pseudomonas-putida-Stammes verwendet wird. Es wird auch als Aromastoff verwendet.
Löslichkeit
Löslich in Benzol, Ethylacetat, Aceton, Kohlenstoff-Disulfid.
Hinweise
Lichtempfindlich. Behälter dicht verschlossen lassen. Kühl und trocken in einem gut versiegelten Behälter lagern.
