6-Bromohexanoic acid is used in the preparation of N-acylsulfonamides, diarylthioethers and 2-lithio-1,3-dithian. It is widely used as an intermediate in organic synthesis.

Anwendungen
6-Bromohexansäure wird bei der Herstellung von N-Acylsulfonamiden, Diarylthioether und 2-lithio-1,3-Dithian verwendet. Wird häufig als Zwischenprodukt in der organischen Synthese verwendet.
