Beschreibung
cis-Aconitic anhydride is used in the preparation of poly(amino acid)-containing copolymers with gradient pH-sensitive side groups initiated by the amino groups in methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(L-lysine). It is also involved in the preparation of pH-sensitive anti-tumor prodrug nanoparticles by conjugation with D-alfa-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate (TPGS).

Anwendungen
Cis-Aconitanhydrid wird verwendet bei der Herstellung von poly(Aminosäure)-haltigen Copolymeren mit pH-gradientenempfindlichen Seitengruppen, die von Aminogruppen in Methoxy-Poly(Ethylenglycol)-Block-Poly(L-Lysin) initiiert werden. Es ist auch an der Herstellung von pH-empfindlichen Anti-Tumor-Prodrug Nanopartikeln durch Konjugation mit D-alfa-Tocopheryl Polyethylenglycol1000 Succinat (TPGS) beteiligt.

Feuchtigkeitsempfindlich. Nicht kompatibel mit starken Säuren, starken Oxidationsmitteln und starken Basen. Kühl lagern.
