Beschreibung
Perfluoro(decahydronaphthalene) is used to dissolve gases. Due to its gas carrying capacity, it is utilized to increase oxygen delivery during cell culture. It acts as an ingredient in fluosol which is an artificial blood product. It is also used to dissolve Teflon.

Anwendungen
Perfluor(decahydronaphthalin) wird zur Auflösung von Gasen verwendet. Aufgrund seiner Fähigkeit zum Gastransport wird es zur Erhöhung der Sauerstoffzufuhr während der Zellkultur eingesetzt. Es dient als Inhaltsstoff in Fluosol, einem künstlichen Blutprodukt. Es wird auch zur Auflösung von Teflon verwendet.
