Beschreibung

4-Nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride is used as an intermediate for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals like foscmprenavir, darunavir and amprenavir. It is involved in the preparation of N-nosyl-alpha-amino acid for peptide synthesis. It is also used for stereoselective α-glucosylation of partially protected carbohydrates in association with silver tri-fluoromethanesulfonate, N,N-dimethylacetamide and triethylamine. It is widely used for the synthesis of hydroxylamines of sulfadiazine, sulfamethoxazole and [Cu(bipy)2Cl](nbs) (1) (bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine, nbs = 4-nitrobenzenesulfonate).

Anwendungen
4-Nitrobenzolsulfonylchlorid wird als Zwischenprodukt für die Synthese von Pharmazeutika wie Fosamprenavir, Darunavir und Amprenavir verwendet. Es ist an der Herstellung von N-Nosyl-alpha-Aminosäure für die Peptidsynthese beteiligt. Es wird auch für die stereoselektive α-Glukosylierung von teilgeschützten Kohlenhydraten in Verbindung mit Silbertrifluormethansulfonat, N,N-Dimethylacetamid und Triethylamin verwendet. Es wird häufig für die Synthese von Hydroxylaminen von Sulfadiazin, Sulfamethoxazol und [Cu(bipy)2Cl](nbs) (1) (bipy = 2,2′-Bipyridin, nbs = 4-Nitrobenzolsulfonat) verwendet.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in Toluol, Tetrahydrofuran, Methylenchlorid und Ethylacetat. Nicht in Wasser löslich.

Hinweise
Feuchtigkeitsempfindlich. Nicht kompatibel mit starken Oxidationsmitteln und starken Basen.
