A two part Transposon Vector System for semi-targeted integration of your Gene Of Interest

The CHOvantage™ kit features a two-part transposon vector system designed for the semi-targeted integration of your gene of interest. This system includes the pCHOvantage™ DNA vector, which contains essential genetic elements such as promoters, enhancers, and GS selection markers to help ensure high expression levels of your gene of interest. Additionally, the CHOvantage™ mRNA encodes the transposase enzyme, facilitating efficient integration of the gene into the host cell genome at specific sites.
